With special expertise in automotive industry applications, this facility specializes in spindle repair for transfer lines, dial and shuttle machines, boring, milling, drilling and cluster spindles.

The Great Lakes Service Center offers full-service spindle repair to original or better specifications.

• Extensive Repair Capabilities - Our experienced technicians provide prompt repair for any size machine tool spindle or other high precision rotating devices that incorporate ball, roller, taper bore, and various types of hydrostatic bearings. Full in-house machining operations provide one-source capability to repair or totally remanufacture your spindle.
• Comprehensive 26,000 sq. ft. Service Center - This facility includes a dedicated area for disassembly, a World Class assembly room for spindles, multiple test stands and a classroom for training in spindle repair. It is also an official repair center for Setco, MASTER/SETCO, KESSLER, and WHITNON components.
• Complete Testing Equipment - A comprehensive range of power supplies, chillers and lubricators permit runoff and testing for all makes and models of repaired spindles under simulated operating conditions.
• Pick-up and Delivery Available - Door-to-door service can be arranged for manufacturers within a 100-mile radius of Novi.
