Since the mid-1960’s, Setco has built a very strong engineering co-op program through a partnership with the University of Cincinnati’s Engineering Department. The majority of Setco’s engineers are comprised of U.C. graduates that have completed this program. Our engineering co-op program focuses on real engineering development ideas required for the continued growth of Setco’s business. From working on Setco research and development projects to improving testing and diagnostics required for superior rebuilding of machine tool spindles at our service centers, these projects require real hands-on engineering expertise. We have also expanded the program to include additional areas of study such as IT.
Thank you and congratulations to some of our current engineering Setco co-op participants and recent co-op graduates!
