TS Series Slides
SETCO manufactures 4 styles of precision dovetail slides: TS Slides, HTS Slides, M Series Slides and DS Express Series Slides.
Dovetail slides are a cost-effective slide solution for many light to medium-duty applications; such as assembly, test, gage, motion control, and machine applications. Dovetail slides feature cast iron construction. They are ruggedly built and available in a wide variety of popular sizes and styles. Check out the modeling for TS below.
TS Series
TS Series Tooling and Utility Dovetail Slides are offered in 2, 3, 4 and 6″ saddle widths. They are also offered in heavy-duty models (HTS) in 4, 6 and 8″ widths and feature a thicker base, saddle and dovetail cross section for enhanced strength, stability and durability. TS and HTS Series feature cast iron construction, extended saddle for increased reach and adjustable straight gib for custom fit.
There are 60 standard catalog models of Setco TS Series tooling and utility slides. The slides are available in 2, 3, 4 and 6″ saddle widths and offered in a variety of saddle lengths and travels. TS slides are available in standard single-axis, compound and vertical angle plate configurations. All models are available with “Machined” or “Hand-Scraped” ways.
