Spindle repair for Gamfior machines begins with establishing the cause of failure. Our expert technicians disassemble the spindle and clean its components. They then thoroughly inspect spacers, bearing journals, caps, bore, and other components for signs of wear or damage.
The drawbar pull force diminishes over time due to spring fatigue and wear. If the spindle features a drawbar, we use specialized gauges to test if it meets OEM specifications. If it does not, we replace worn springs and seals to restore the correct clamping force.
Our comprehensive analysis of the mechanical spindle and its integrated motor aims to identify issues that could affect performance. We check for winding failures, encoder or sensor signal accuracy problems, and loose, corroded, or contaminated connections.
