This facility is one of thirteen spindle rebuild facilities in the Setco expanding global spindle repair network. In addition to spindle repair, this facility is the manufacturing location for many of Setco’s new product offerings including spindles, slides, precision parts, and others.
Extensive Repair Capabilities
Our experienced technicians provide prompt repair for any size machine tool spindle or other high precision rotating devices that incorporate ball, roller, taper bore, and various types of hydrostatic bearings. Full in-house machining operations provide one-source capability to repair or totally remanufacture your spindle. It is the official repair center for Setco, Koyo, Pope and Whitnon spindles. We specialize in the repair of Kessler, Gamfior, and Weiss spindles.
Comprehensive 65,000 sq. ft. Service Center
This facility includes a dedicated area for disassembly, a world class assembly room for spindles, and multiple test stands for run off.
Complete Testing Equipment
A comprehensive range of power supplies, chillers and lubricators permit runoff and testing for all makes and models of repaired spindles under simulated operating conditions.

Door-to-door service can be arranged for manufacturers within a 100-mile radius of Hebron, KY.
