Explore one of Setco’s newest robotic spindles mounted on a FANUC robot. Developed for demanding automated applications, these spindle solutions are engineered for greater durability, tighter tolerances, improved accuracy, and reliable performance. The robot in our booth will be stationary, but visitors can see the spindle operating at the FANUC booth.
Experience a demonstration of VibePro 10, a comprehensive predictive maintenance and vibration analysis system designed to help identify developing equipment problems before they lead to unplanned downtime. The system supports earlier detection, informed maintenance decisions, and improved equipment reliability.
We will also present a video demonstration of PowerCheck 2, which measures drawbar pull force and wirelessly transfers the data into VibePro 10. Tracking pull-force trends over time can help maintenance teams plan adjustments or repairs before performance problems arise.
